Class Duration: 30 MIN​

Designed for little ones ages 18 months to 2.5 years, our 30-minute Mommy & Me (Daddy & Me) class is filled with music, dancing, playful activities, and age-appropriate exercises that encourage little ones to explore the joy of movement!
 

Through songs, creative movement, and interactive play, children will begin developing coordination, balance, motor skills, and body awareness while building confidence and social skills in a fun, nurturing environment.
 

Prerequisite: None

Ages: 18 months – 2 1/2 years

Dress code: Students should wear clothing that is easy to move and bend in.

Hair: Hair should be pulled back off of the face.
 
Shoes: No shoe requirement. Any soft soled shoe or sneaker is acceptable. Our typical student likes to wear ballet slippers.​
